Karen Zink

CNP, MS

Karen’s passions include caring for women, volunteering in her community, promoting the use of locally grown and harvested food, caring for her extended family, promoting the nursing profession and assisting advanced practice nursing students. She serves on local boards as well as the Center for Improving Value in Health Care at the State level and is a fellow of the Bighorn Health Policy Leadership Program.

Amanda Preston Araujo

CNP, MS

My belief is that women have special needs throughout each stage of life. My role as a health care professional is to help women by participating in their healthcare across the life span and promoting health and wellness, restoring health and enhancing quality of life at a woman’s current health status.

FNP-BC, MS

Stephanie is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion to care for women across the lifespan. Ultimately, her aim is to improve the health and well-being of women in her community and build lasting relationships with patients who trust her to be their primary care provider.

  • Karin Martin

    Front Desk

    Karin Martin is a graduate of Kent State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Individual and Family Studies. Born in Ohio she traveled to Arizona to visit family and that was her first taste of the West. She moved to Colorado in 2001 with her husband and landed in Durango in 2006. Here she enjoys shopping and dining locally, camping and Zumba Fitness.

  • Stacy Martinez

    LPN

    Stacey was born and raised in La Plata County. She has worked at Southwest Women’s Health since 2004 and loves being part of such a great team. She has 2 children who are very active and keep her busy. Her family enjoys camping and outdoor recreation in the area.
